"CRITICAL" BUG FOR OUTLOOK USERS

Over the last two weeks, Microsoft has been dealing with two new vulnerabilities--one occurs in the way WMF files (graphics files) are generated; the other potentially affects all users of Outlook and Exchange Server (which is huge). To download the patch for the WMF bug, click here. To read more about the TNEF (Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format) vulnerability, which could enable someone to take over an Exchange Server (and hijack your Outlook address book!), click here for the InformationWeek article.

But most importantly, click here to read the Microsoft security bulletin and download the update to secure your computer from this potentially dangerous bug.

Oh--by the way, Happy New Year!
